What is a Face-to-Face Session

<>A Face-to-Face session is a training course that is run in a workshop/classroom style, where a training facilitator runs the course for a number of delegates.

<>Face-to-Face courses on Academy Online are set up with one or more sessions. A session is the date, time, venue and other details, of when an instance of that course will be run.

<>The following shows an example of how this looks on Academy Online:

What is a Wait-Listed Session

A wait-listed session has not date on it and simply shows that you are interested in attending that course, this will help the course administrator in deciding to put on future sessions of the course
